Shipping & Returns Policy
All shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
All orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase.
Shipping times will be displayed at check-out.
*Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Canadian orders will not be charged customs or duties.
For U.S. and International orders, the customer is responsible for any customs or duties that the package may be subject to.
You can track the shipment of your order using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.
Shipping addresses may be changed if the order has not yet been shipped out. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will advise if the shipping address can be changed.
*We cannot guarantee an address change once the order has been placed.
Goldn Loungerie is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages in transit and/or once the package has been marked as delivered. The buyer is responsible for submitting a claim through the shipping courier.
We currently offer store credit/exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. To initiate your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order for the item to be eligible for store credit/exchange, the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (be free of perfume, make-up and deodorant). The item must be in its original/undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to reject store credit/exchanges which do not meet our return policy.
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and ineligible for store credit/exchange.
