Spot treatment on interior lining: Cold water right away and gentle soap.
If washing the whole bag, best to hand wash with cold water and a gentle soap. If using the washing machine, please turn inside out and select the gentle cycle with cold water. Try to use minimal detergent.

Returns: We currently offer store credit via gift card within 10 days of receiving your order. In order for the item to be eligible for store credit, the item must be unaltered and unwashed(be free of make-up). The item must be in its original/undamaged packaging.
